• Tile Installation or Replacement

• Gutter Cleaning and General Handyman Repairs

Estimates and Appointments
All quotes are based on preliminary assessments and may vary depending on the final scope of work or materials required. Appointments are confirmed upon client approval. Emergency or rush services may carry additional charges.

Payments
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be discussed before service begins. Late or declined payments may result in service delays or added fees.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about service needs.
• Ensure safe and accessible working conditions.
• Notify us of any known issues such as leaks, wiring concerns, or structural damage.

Liability
We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or concealed issues. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or work has started.

Warranty and Satisfaction
All work is performed with professionalism and care. If you have concerns about the quality of the completed service, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe for review.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
